  1. Implementation of various works under the e-Governance project.<\/li>\n
  2. Ensuring that the municipal website and app are updated regularly.<\/li>\n
  3. Provision of computers, printers, internet connectivity & IT Peripherals for everyday tasks under the Municipal Corporation department, along with their upkeep and repair, and the installation and maintenance of a CCTV system within the office.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\nDepartmental Functions:-\n
      \n
    1. Manage all the work of the Information and Technology Department and plan the work in contact with the Hon. Commissioner and Hon. Deputy Commissioner.<\/li>\n
    2. Implement the e-Government Policy of the Government of Maharashtra and take action on it subject to the instructions and decisions from the Hon. State Government from time to time.<\/li>\n
    3. Computerization of various daily tasks under the e-Governance Project.<\/li>\n
    4. Keep the website and app of the Municipal Corporation updated.<\/li>\n
    5. Resolve technical problems arising in the work related to e-tendering carried out in the wards and various departments of the Vasai-Virar City Municipal Corporation.<\/li>\n
    6. Provide internet and network connectivity to all the departmental offices in the headquarters of the Municipal Corporation and 9 wards and keep them functional.<\/li>\n
    7. Provide support regarding the redressal of online complaints received by citizens on the official website of the Central Government, Aaple Sarkar and P.G Portal.\n<\/li>\n
    8. Publish important events of the Municipal Corporation on Facebook page, Twitter page and YouTube.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n<\/span>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
