    Department’s work:-
    1. Hon. Commissioner's Office Organizing Lokshahi Din (Municipal Municipality) and Hon. Deputy Commissioner Planning Lokshahi Din and following up on complaints filed by citizens during Lokshahi Din.
    2. on. Taluka Lokshahi Din (Tehsil Office, Vasai) Hon. Deputy Commissioner To contact and correspond with the Ward Committee Office regarding Hon. Taluka Lokshahi Din.
    3. Hon. Collector's Office Lokshahi Day (District Collector's Office, Palghar) Hon. Deputy Commissioner Hon. Collector's Office Correspondence regarding Lokshahi Day by contacting the Ward Committee Office.
    4. Hon. Collector's Office Mahila Lokshahi Day (District Collector's Office, Palghar) Hon. Deputy Commissioner Hon. Collector's Office Correspondence regarding Mahila Lokshahi Day by contacting the Ward Committee Office.

    7. Under the Maharashtra Right to Public Service Act 2015, the reports received from the Ward Committee (All), Town Planning Department and Fire Department should be consolidated and sent to the Hon'ble Ministry, Mumbai and Hon'ble Collector's Office, Palghar.
    8. Correspondence and follow-up with the Ward Committee (All) under the jurisdiction of the Hon'ble Deputy Commissioner regarding matters under the Corruption Eradication Committee.
    9. Distribute Armed Forces Flag Day Fund Collection materials received through the Government of Maharashtra, General Administration, Soldier Welfare Department under the Hon. Commissioner, Hon. Additional Commissioner and Hon. Deputy Commissioner (G.P.) and collect Armed Forces Flag Day funds and deposit them in the office of District Soldier Welfare Officer, Thane/Palghar and follow up.
    10. Government of Maharashtra, General Administration Department, to celebrate the birth anniversaries and national days of national heroes/great personalities issued from time to time under the supervision of Hon'ble Deputy Commissioner
    11. To coordinate with the Head of Department (All) to prepare bye-laws/rules of the Municipal Corporation under the jurisdiction of the Hon. Additional Commissioner and Hon. Deputy Commissioner and to correspond and follow up.
    12. To coordinate with the Head of Department (All) to prepare the charter of citizens under the jurisdiction of the Hon'ble Deputy Commissioner and to correspond with him and to prepare the charter of citizens as per the information received from him.
    13. To respond to the applications filed by citizens under the Right to Information Act 2005 in the General Administration Department within the stipulated time. Also to pass the orders of the Public Information Officer, First Appellate Officer under the Hon. Commissioner, Hon. Additional Commissioner and Hon. Deputy Commissioner
    14. To perform other administrative and miscellaneous work under the supervision of Hon'ble Deputy Commissioner
