Nagar Sachiv Department

1.To hold elections for the post of Hon. Mayor and Deputy Mayor as well as to hold elections for the Standing Committee Meeting and other committees, establish committees and hold elections for the post of Chairman.
2.To organize the General Assembly and the Standing Committee Meetings as well as the meetings of the Special Committees as per the rules.
3.To maintain the minutes of the General Assembly and Standing Committee meetings, abstracts, agendas and resolutions in a proper manner.
4.To act on correspondence received in the department.
